KANSAS PRIVATE DETECTIVES
RANGE FIRING.


The course of fire used by PMO Security Services to certify Private Detectives will be as shown below. A dry fire walk-thru will be conducted to familiarize with course of fire, then range firing will commence in groups of approximately 5 firers. The 3-yard, 7-yard, and 10-yard points will be fired in group and then 3-yard seated positions and 7-yard stair position will be fired individually.

Self-Defense Course [All applicants].
Conducted with assigned Revolver/Pistol.
TQ-19 Silhouette Target.


Total 50 rounds fired. 35 (70% ) in the gray area of target will be recorded as pass/fail. Additional firearms may be fired at no additional charge. Each firearm to be carried will be range fired for qualification as required by current regulations.

Following qualification firing, optional low-light familiarization firing and advanced course are offered.
